Plain English

You can use Vantage to study. Don't abuse it. The AI is a study tool — it makes mistakes, and you're responsible for the work you submit. You can cancel any time.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secret. One account per person. You must be at least 13 to create an account; if you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

What you can do with Vantage

• Study the courses you're actually taking.
• Upload syllabi and course materials you legally own.
• Use the AI features for understanding, practice, and feedback.

What you can't do

• Submit AI-generated work as your own where doing so violates your school's academic-integrity policy. Vantage is a study aid, not a homework-mill.
• Use Vantage to cheat on a live, proctored, or in-progress exam.
• Upload material you don't have the right to use (copyrighted textbooks you didn't buy, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-evade the service.
• Use Vantage for anything illegal, hateful, or harassing.

Billing

• Pro and Apex are monthly subscriptions. You're charged each month until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from Settings — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we'll respond to fair requests.
• Prices are in USD.

AI accuracy

The AI in Vantage (problem walkthroughs, explanations, FRQ grading, hints, etc.) generates output that can be wrong. Treat it as a study companion, not an authoritative source. Cross-check with your textbook or teacher when stakes are high.

Your content

You own what you upload. You give us permission to process it to run the features you asked for (parsing your syllabus into concept nodes, generating questions about it, etc.). We don't train models on your content.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to evade rate limits, or violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.

Disclaimer

Vantage is provided as-is. No warranty that it will help you pass any specific exam. Use it as one tool among many.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll email you about material changes 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Vantage after that means you accept the changes.
